The Police Medical Appeal Board Services Framework Agreement will be between the successful Provider and the Contracting Authority, not the Agent. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend for a further one year period, which will be exercised at the discretion of the Contracting Authority.
